VMI Shortlisted for Park Royal Business of the Year award 2022

For the third year in as many years, VMI has been nominated as a finalist for the West London Business Awards. There are more than 10 categories of awards spanning food to finance and the annual competition is open to all companies in West London.

It is important to stress that Park Royal represents the largest concentration of industrial companies in Europe, so competition is always very high and although VMI has been finalists for Media Business of the Year and Socially Responsible Corporate of the Year, we have never before won an award.

This year, VMI has been shortlisted as one of three companies for the Green ‘Race to Zero’ Business of the Year, which is great, since it recognises once more the effort that we have put in, in order to help to decarbonise both VMI and also the wider TV rental industry. However, what is really surprising is that also, for the first time, VMI has been also shortlisted as one of three companies in the category of Park Royal Business of the Year. This is selected to be the best company’s performance from all categories by the judges.

We are delighted to be going into our ninth year of recognising the best of business in West London. Much has been made of innovation and businesses rebooting during the pandemic today, but it is those who are the next generation of business leader who can inspire the changing face of work in the 21st Century and we’re keen to see what they’re up to.

A milestone event in the region’s business calendar, the Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of organisations and individuals. The winners in each category, as well as the much sought-after title of ‘West London Company of the Year 2022’, will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 10^th February 2022.
