Delivery

As an environmentally sensitive company, we work hard to avoid unnecessary deliveries and to minimise our carbon footprint.

We offer a unique delivery service using our Eco-friendly electric powered BMW. As a low-carbon service, the vehicle incurs no congestion charge and this saving is passed on to customers by offering a complementary free local and national delivery service or with our £25 fixed deliver/collection service – equivalent to the cost of a bike courier.

Free Same Day London Eco-Delivery

Order by 3pm and qualify for same day Eco-delivery to most Central and West London addresses

• Qualifying London postcodes: W1-W14, WC1, WC2, N1, SE1, SW1-SW11
• Collection not included
• Crosshires do not qualify for free delivery.

Free National Next Day Non Timed Delivery

Order by 3pm and qualify for our free overnight, next-day, national delivery service.

• Delivered by 6pm the next day
• Minimum order of £100+VAT
• Collection not included
• Customer responsible for getting the cards back to us by the end of your hire
• Geographical surcharges apply for over water, London congestion, and Highland and Island deliveries

Free dedicated VMEDIA hire returns point at CCK

We also have a dedicated hire returns point for clients to return hired media to CCK in Fitzrovia, Tottenham Court Road, as an alternative to our W3 address. This is a drop off point only.

• Please bring with you your dispatch note, or VMEDIA order number and name, and present this to the CCK team 
• Returns must be by 12 noon

Fixed Price London Delivery/Collection

If the complementary delivery service does not apply for you, then:

• Fixed £25 price each way to most Central and West London addresses
• Qualifying London postcodes: W1-W14, WC1, WC2, N1, SE1, SW1-SW11
• For deliveries: Order by 2pm for same-day. This is non time-specific but will be delivered to you before 6:00pm.
• For collections: Order by 2pm for same-day. This is non time-specific but will be collected from you by 6:00pm.

Fixed Price Next Day National Delivery

If the Non-Timed National Delivery service does not work for you, VMEDIA offer a timed service:

• Fixed £30 price
• Delivery by 9am next working day
• Order by 3pm
• Customer responsible for getting the cards back to us by the end of your hire
• Geographical surcharges apply for over water, London congestion, and Highland and Island deliveries

Arrange your own collection/return by Courier/Post

Our media cases are conveniently small, so that you can courier memory cards easily and inexpensively.

You are welcome to arrange a courier to collect and return your hires of memory cards.

If you arrange your hire to be collected/returned to us by post or courier, please be aware that you are responsible for the cards’ safe collection/return and that the hire will only finish when the media is returned to us.
