Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel any order and be entitled to a full refund on rental charges, providing notice of 7 x business days from an order date are given and possibly earlier than this, subject the discretion of Management. 

For early curtailment of hire orders, refunds are subject to VMEDIA Terms and Conditions https://vmedia.digital/terms-and-conditions.  Please advise us by email to rental@vmedia.digital in the event of a required cancellation stating clearly the order number.
